The study of the coming antichrist
covers both the Old and the New Testaments! In the matter of prophecy, the
Testaments should not be separated!
How can we test prophecy to prove
its validity?
We must simply wait!
If the prophecy is true, it shall
come to pass at the proper time!
(Within the following Scriptures
emphasis has been added to aid your studies.)
The kings (north, south, and east)
that shall come against Christ and the children of Israel are found in both
Testaments!
This study of the kings points to
the fact that the Bible is a continuum!
The
Kings of the North and the South
Dan
11:5-15
5 And the king of the south shall be
strong, and one of his princes; and he shall be strong above him, and
have dominion; his dominion shall be a great dominion.
6 And
in the end of years they shall join themselves together; for the king's daughter of the south shall
come to the king
of the north
to make an agreement: but she shall not retain the power of the arm; neither
shall he stand, nor his arm: but she shall be given up, and they that brought
her, and he that begat her, and he that strengthened her in these times.
7 But
out of a branch of her roots shall one stand up in his estate, which
shall come with an army, and shall enter into the fortress of the king of the north,
and shall deal against them, and shall prevail:
8 And
shall also carry captives into Egypt their gods, with their princes, and
with their precious vessels of silver and of gold; and he shall continue more
years than the king
of the north.
9 So
the king of the south shall
come into his kingdom, and shall return into his own land.
10 But
his sons shall be stirred up, and shall assemble a multitude of great forces:
and one shall certainly come, and overflow, and pass through: then shall
he return, and be stirred up, even to his fortress.
11 And
the king of the south shall
be moved with choler, and shall come forth and fight with him, even with
the king of the north:
and he shall set forth a great multitude; but the multitude shall be given into
his hand.
12 And
when he hath taken away the multitude, his heart shall be lifted up; and he
shall cast down many ten thousands: but he shall not be strengthened by
it.
13 For
the king of the north
shall return, and shall set forth a multitude greater than the former, and
shall certainly come after certain years with a great army and with much riches.
14 And
in those times there shall many stand up against the king of the south: also the robbers of thy people shall
exalt themselves to establish the vision; but they shall fall.
15 So
the king of the north
shall come, and cast up a mount, and take the most fenced cities: and the arms
of the south shall not
withstand, neither his chosen people, neither shall there be any
strength to withstand.
Dan
11:40-42
40 And
at the time of the end shall the king
of the south push at him: and the
king of the north shall come against him like a whirlwind, with
chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the
countries, and shall overflow and pass over.
41 He
shall enter also into the glorious land, and many countries shall be
overthrown: but these shall escape out of his hand, even Edom, and Moab,
and the chief of the children of Ammon.
42 He
shall stretch forth his hand also upon the countries: and the land of Egypt
shall not escape.
The Kings of the East
Rev
16:12-14
12 And the sixth angel poured out
his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up,
that the way of the kings
of the east
might be prepared.
13 And
I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the
dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false
prophet.
14 For
they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto
the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of
that great day of God Almighty.
Prophecy in action
Rev
1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ,
which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants
things which must shortly come to pass;…(KJV)
Christ told us that the things of
Revelation “must shortly come to pass,” or come to pass within a short space of
time.
But, have you grasp the current situation?
The king of the south (Dan 11)-(Islam) is now
consolidating his forces!
The king of the north (Dan 11)-(Communism) prophecy
is found alongside the king of the south prophecy.
Both of those forces, Islam and Communism are now
being combined into Islamic Socialism, but that coalition will not last long!
As you read Daniel chapter 11 you will see that they
clash!
Shortly we shall see the king of the north begin to
consolidate his forces as he breaks with the southern coalition.
The last to join the battle against Israel will be
the kings of the east (Rev
16)!
It will all seem to snowball into place!
But, why do they all come against Jerusalem?
The basis for that clash is found only in the hatred
for Israel that God has been placed in the hearts of the nations!
There is no oil, gold, or silver to be had in that
march on Jerusalem! The nations themselves find it hard to explain their hatred
of Israel!
Such hatred is brought about by their collective
hatred for God and for His Christ!
The nations involved in the last days attempted
attack on Jerusalem do not understand their hatred! Their hatred sustains their
position against Christ Jesus!
Zech 12:2 Behold, I
will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be
in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.
Notice that God says, “I will make”!
Prophecy is now traveling so quickly that it is
difficult to keep up, and without a Holy Spirit led understanding of the Bible
it is impossible to understand what is happening!
2 Tim 3:1 This know
also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

Apostate churches (lower case c) have no problem
being led further into a great apostasy as Satan with his power to deceive!
A friend asked about the Roman Catholic church in
all this. While God promises to keep individual believers, He has no vested
interest in keeping various churches!
At this point in time, the Roman Catholic church has
much in common with Islam! Both revere Mary above Christ Jesus! The Romans were
taken over by the cult of Mary!
Barak Obama and his father saw no conflict in
comingling Islam and Marxism!
The James Cone/Jeremiah Wright/Barak Obama form of
Black Liberation Theology (apostate collective salvation) is nothing more or
less than a Communist attempt to coopt Christianity!
Islam, Communism, and Black Liberation Theology
shall all fail!
As I said earlier, within Islam we find Islamic
Socialism! That political form will attempt to join Communism with Islam!
Both are pro-god
but anti-God and anti-Christ!
Both base their human politics on common ordinary human dictatorship and/or a quasi-religious oligarchy!
To Communists, we are little gods. In 2008, Barak
Obama once told an audience of heathen in Chicago, “We are the ones we have been
waiting for!” No Christian would ever consider making that statement!
While Islam and Communism seem to cause strife the
bond that seems to hold them together is not solid!
In all this, The
Church (capital C), led by the Holy Spirit, shall stand!
The Church
is not a single denomination!
All that we now see points to the proof of the
reality of biblical prophecy!
