Blazers Potato Dressing was developed by Blazers Restaurant located on the shores of Lake Greenwood in South Carolina, as a Baked Potato Dressing for the patrons of the restaurant. It goes great alongside spicy foods, fish or chips, however it is best used on baked potatos.
